Get Moving, Get Fit and Get Outside!

With the longer days now upon us and the promise of warmer weather now is the time to think about making the most of the outdoors and the wonderful open spaces we have in this country.  Whether you are lucky enough to live amongst rolling hills and pretty woodlands or near an urban park with plenty of green space there is no excuse to not find a little bit of outdoors  to make the most of this time of year.


From running to team sports and from BMF to outdoor gyms the range of outdoor activities are endless and have many benefits over being restricted to a stuffy indoor gym or hall.

Not only do you benefit from a change in scenery, and in the case of running and biking a constant scene change, but you will burn more calories exercising outside - resistance from the wind and uneven surfaces will make your body work harder!
