This Wednesday is National Fitness Day - a Time to celebrate the fun of fitness and physical activity across the UK as well as raising awareness of the importance in helping us lead healthier and active lifestyles.
The day aims to become the most active day of the year where the super fit and the not so active come together whether at home, in the office or at the gym or park. Organisations, workplaces and schools are all encouraged to put on events and get people of all ages participating in a range of activities.
