These past couple of days have given us our first glimpse of Spring and although it may only be the middle of February the thought of longer days and warmer evenings are starting to inspire us to get outside and get active. Studies have shown that just 20 minutes of fresh air can promote vitality and help rejuvenate - so what more reasons do we need. Whether you join a local club or find your own single track trails by getting on a mountain bike and adding some determination it is a great way to push your limits and benefit from a real sense of achievement.
